Updated eCRT Training Available

The Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) has updated eCRT Training Materials for the certification period beginning March 3, 2025.

Greenphire ClinCard Training

Get started with Greenphire ClinCard User Training, which is mandatory for access to the Greenphire portal (releasing soon). Training sessions are held twice per month, and registration is required. For questions, email Greenphire@unc.edu.

Q: Who can I ask to approve my requisitions, vouchers, and journal requests related to sponsored projects?

A: All requisitions, vouchers, and journals that require OSP approval in ConnectCarolina are automatically routed to the appropriate OSP Pre-Audit Technician for approval. The Pre-Audit team aims to approve items within 8-10 business days, contingent upon timing and volume. If you have an urgent request or a specific need for closeout, please reach out to the assigned Pre-Audit Technician.
