Posting Expenses on Sponsored Projects 
All expenses must be posted to the project in ConnectCarolina within 60 days of the project end date or prior to the final report due date on awards with earlier deadlines as required by the agreement. Continue

2022 Fiscal Year-End Reminders
 The 2022 Fiscal Year-End memo was distributed to University Business Managers and Campus Unit Leads on Thursday, April 14, 2022. The memo is available in online and letterhead versions. The memo and fiscal year-end checklist can be found on the Month-End and Year-End Resources page.
Update for Viewing Voucher Attachments
A change was recently made within ConnectCarolina so users can view voucher attachments for one year (365 days). The voucher attachment link will remain visible for 365 days, instead of the current 90 days. Continue
