Updates to RAMSeS
Effective December 10, 2021, the following updates have been made:
- The PI certification screen has been updated as follows:
- Additional bullets in the general certification section at the top
- A new “NASA certifications” section appended at the bottom of the existing certifications
- New E.O. 14042 Checkbox on "Add New Award" pop-up and Award General Tab

December 2021 GSHIP Files Uploaded
The December 2021 GSHIP premium file has been uploaded into ConnectCarolina and departments now have access to the GradStar GSHIP Administrator Premium Maintenance page to update allocations for Research Assistants/Teaching Assistants (RA/TAs). Continue
Changes to Reservation Process with Enterprise/National
To streamline the travel booking process through Concur Travel/World Travel Inc, the EHI Direct website will be decommissioned effective Monday, December 13. Existing reservations will not be affected. Continue
Linking Travel Requests and Expense Reports in Concur
When creating Expense Reports in Concur, it is essential to link your approved Travel Request to your Expense Reports. Doing so reduces data entry for our travelers/delegates and ensures that all information in the system is properly connected. Continue

Campus Deposit Deadlines for Calendar Year-End 2021
All cash/check deposits submitted in ConnectCarolina in December 2021 must be received by 9 a.m. Monday, January 3, 2022, to be approved with an effective date of December 31, 2021. Continue
